I hade the same problem with the first one I had after 2 months. UMA would also break up where as someone with the same phone would be fine. I ended up doing a warranty replacement which solved...

It doesn't appear to be able to be enabled without being able to change your devices vendor id.

Probably need to load a file to access it, but the base firmware seems to support it.

You can confirm this by searching for 'SIP Register', 'SIP Invite' etc
