I had same problem.
You have to got to the telenav.com site on your PC and set up account. I have mine billed thru nextel on my bill. I tried looking up address and kept getting can't find server...

Click on the nol browser, go to portals and pick which IM program you use(MSN, Yahoo, AOL, or MBN Audio) and sign in.

I updated my 7520 and lost nol browser too. Not sure what prob is with email, but basically the update didnt take. Upgrade desktop software to 4.0.
Remove any handheld software from PC thru...
