So now there are more than 10 8100's on eBay with 2-3 of them being unlocked, is that a scam or could someone have figured out the codes already? The unlocked ones are fetching over $500 each.

I believe it's been discussed here somewhere...not sure where...memory's kinda foggy... But to get an unlocking code from T-Mobile you have to be a 'good standing' T-Mo customer for at least 90 days....

My 7290 from T-Mobile started developing sticky keys, although they worked, they were sticky and made a snappy sound when I pressed on them. T-Mobile refused to exchange.

Is there a way to load the stock 7230 poly ringers onto a 8700g? I was dissapointed with the 8700 not having the same ringers as the 7230. I searched the forum and could not find this info. Thanks.
