I'm having the exact same problem with one of my 7 users. However, I don't have them in any groups on the bes. And the BESAdmin account is listed with full mailbox access rights in the users...

Only hiccup was that I had to reboot the 8310...

Only hiccup was that I had to reboot the 8310 after the plan was switched, then everything worked like magic! Thanks again.

Confirmed... att had issues, and the 8800 would not connect to EDGE, only GSM or edge. Rebooting or turning off/on the network connection didn't work... had to pull the battery, then it came up...
