I would never use Yahoo for any sort of important email just because how bad they spam you to death.

I use Gmail and it works great with my BB. I know you can't sync the address book and what not,...

the answer is quite simple. the regular (free) version of Hotmail does not support POP3. that's why it doesn't work with Blackberries.

as for which band you are on? more than likely you're using the 850 band with Cingular. there are very few...
