OK, I am going to ask you some very basic questions. Not because I don't believe you, but I want to make sure before I tell you that your up the creek without a paddle.
- What is the exact file name that you downloaded from the BlackBerry website?
- Take the battery out of the BlackBerry and check the model listed on the sticker. Should be the second line and starts with BlackBerry xxxx.
