I have a Verizon BB 8830. I'm connected to the BES at work. Everything at work sync's wirelessly.

At home I just want to sync my calendar. What Desktop Manager should I install, BES or BIS ? Is it possible to sync at home and not mess up anything with my work BES setup. I'm worried about screwing up my work setup.

I was on the phone with a RIM tech a few months ago regarding a different issue and I vaguely remember him telling me if you install the BIS version, it shouldn't bother any BES setup with the phone.

Not sure though, thats why I'm here.

If your connected to BES at work you can not used desktop manager to sync another calendar. Only one is possible. You can however sync an additional calendar via the BIS accounts.

If you are connected to BES at work, you can not sync up another (home/personal) calendar.
