I am unable to use the stereo headset on jobsites due to new safety nazi standards..but I would really like to listen to music. I could get away with wearing a bluetooth mono earpiece but havnt met anyone with knowledge of how to set this up. I am assuming there is some aftermarket software or tricks that will help me and other construction workers around this roadblock. Can anyone help?

I have heard that the XPlayer app has some success with the functionality you are looking for. Generally speaking, what you are trying to do is not supported.

Try multiPlay from Dollars5. Works great with a mono BT.

I installed mediaplayer dollar 5 but it doesnt seem to work correctly with my bluetooth. Is there another one that might pair up better?

PCGirl stated to try MultiPlay from Dollars5. While I can't say that it WILL work for a mono BT earpiece... it is not the same product as "mediaplayer" from Dollars5.

If you want a good mono A2DP headset try the jabra bt8040 or the plantronics 855. It should work great on your 8330.
