When one of our staff opens his Phone utility, there are of course lots of listings for names/numbers that's phoned. One of them shows an 'R' on the right-most side of the screen. The R is bordered by a square box. Any ideas what the R represents?

Speed Dial. If he presses the 'R' button from the home screen it will dial that number.

Found the answer by poking around Phone application. I found the View Speed Dial List option
