The BB Messenger issue has been resolved in 4.5.0.69. The Messenger contacts are no longer reset on a device reboot.

I have a 8300 and based on what I know .52 is the only 4.5 OS out for it, right?

I downloaded 4.5.069 and .72 from orange..I have the latest DM and deleted the vender file. When I plug in my device, it does not give me the option to upgrade. If I go into application loader its not there other than some other apps that I downloaded. I have unistalled the DM and the device software twice and re-started the computer then re-installed all of it again and still when I plug in my device it does not give me the option to upgrade my software....What can I do?
