1. If you are not a TMo customer, likely not.

2. For a non-North American device, that might be a normal price. Check with HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, The World’s Cellular Repair Center ß for the best deal, they have a BlackBerryForums discount, ask for that. International unlocks can often take two weeks, but they will advise you on this.

Somebody told me taht if call your provider, and tell them your going oveseas, they will provide you the code. Haven't do ir my self, but is worth to try

The OP is not able to call the provider to get it unlocked. Only TMobile (or an unlocking service) can unlock a TMobile device. Another carrier can't unlock it.
