Are you running 4.0 Beta? I don't think you'll be able to open pics on your BB until the release of OS 4.0

Thanks Finch. I am not running 4.0, I am running what came with it 3.8.0.139.

I appreciate the info, really cannot wait to run 4.0. Sounds like a nice update.
