Hey guys...

I've strolled past Blackberry forums in the past, gathered my info and ran, but now I'm stumped, wondering if this question has ever been posed before...

I look after a fairly large BES user base at the client facing level. I'm responsible for deploying Blackberries and level 2 support. I'm also responsible for an emergency callout provisioning process as follows...

We have a specific (read: annoying) ring tone that is activated by an email from a specific user on our network. This engaging various parties to respond to an emergency.

The problem is the ring tone has to my manually downloaded, and I need to program the exceptions/profile in manually. I also have to manually add 2 contacts to their Exchange contacts.

Is there ANY way I can automate this process using the BES? I would need to...

1) Push a specific .mid file to their ring tones
2) Add 2x Contacts to their exchange contacts
3) Add 1 Profile and 1 Exception

Anyone?

You can't do any of the three things you've listed above using BES.

Thanks. I couldn't find anything in the bes policy listing but I was holding out for hope.

Is there some way I could script a download, or a theme? Any creative ideas out there? What about an app?
