Default Delayed emails

Any Celcom users here? Notice that emails are being delayed more than 15mins? Please let me know your experience.

I've a few friends on Celcom that are complaining about the same thing. Maybe Celcom's upgrading sumthing. Who knows.

One thing I do notice with my celcom buddies is that they frequently go Unavailable in BB Messenger. Seems they're offline from BIS. It's a hassle as messages or mails are delayed for 5mins or so. Does anyone else notice that? Not sure if it's a Maxis or Celcom prob. Maxis to Maxis is ok, and very well it should be, vice versa with Celcom to Celcom. Anyone encounter such?

Just Upgraded to CSL Major Release .162. Seems fine and stable. Memory loss very minimal. Am monitoring the batt life. Many have said it's much better. Will provide report in 12 hours or so... :D

Updated as well, however still reboot by itself once every 24 hours.... not sure if any of the apps I installed had anything to do with it, wipe my handheld the last time I update.

Experience slow push on my company's email using Google apps, delayed by 5 to 10 mins, but was normal for gmail account..weird. Using maxis btw.

Wirelessly posted

Noticed that when apps are in use, memory leak is still there. Batt seems fine so far. Mails & messenger works great... Testing some other stuff now.

Oh yeah, Youtube browsing over 3G/EDGE/GPRS works great. I couldn't stream before, only on wifi it was possible.

Is it necessary to set the TCP? Its blank by default. Should I key info in or leave it blank. I was wondering whether its affecting the delayed emails on Celcom. Anybody?

15 hours gone and batt is stable @ 50%. This is with a few 3rd party apps on, wifi, bluetooth, etc. Not bad. I would think with minimal use, it can go 2 days or so before the next charge. Other than that, everything works fine. Browsing is a bit faster.

Memory leak is quite ok, culprit seems to be the 3rd party apps. If not in use, quite stable and no leaks. From 44Mb, now @ 40Mb after 15hrs... not bad.

weileong,

how's .167... any good? memory leak reduced or eliminated?

167 = still using 3G , Battery still drain fast with 30sms,20+emails,20+ calls can't stand 2 days use. have to switch back to 2G

Memory issue = still try it, so far no dif with .162

reboot/reset is faster compare to .162
