Most advice so far has been: If its a corporate asset (or a personal asset on which you store corporate data) you should be subject to the guidelines of your corp. If they permit Obama wallpaper or Bible applications, GREAT! If they don't... well don't.
If it is your personal asset, with no corp data on it then carry what you wish. Provided whatever the media is put on the card is legal (ie not a LimeWire downloaded movie... which is a discussion unto itself).
Personal note - the oddest wallpaper I saw was an Obama wallpaper on a BB. Why was this so odd? Bc the owner is Canadian.
