If anyone remembers the first TMNT movie when the turtles meet Casey, Raphael says the line... "Whats this? A Jose Conseco bat? Tell me you didn't pay money for this." if anyone can either find this for me, or knows how to capture the line in a decent quality, that would awesome. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps out.

You can use a free program called AUDACITY to capture the line from the movie if you have it. Google audacity and try it out.

I would do it for you, but I don't have that movie...

Ok, I found a clip on youtube of the scene from the movie YouTube - Ninja Turtles The Movie - Casey Jones vs. Raphael can just the sound be captured? Will audacity do that?

I used an online flv to mp3 convertor and then Audacity to trim it. Let me know if you want me to remove the "fighting" portion from the beginning.
