For the life of me, I can't figure out how to log into the BIS webpage. Can someone help me? I found it online (for vzw) and tried to log in. Used my pin, esn, etc. It says they sent a password and then I get an e-mail that says no account exists. But I create create a new account, either. It's making me nutters.

If you set up your account on your BB you will have to call VZW CS to re-set it so you can logon via your PC.
