So I've always been able to upgrade the OS on my Pearl 8120... BUT the thing will not load the upgrade whenever I start DM 4.7. I installed it like I normally do. Opened up DM and tried to go through the normal process (including using the help screen with the program!) but it won't bring it up.

Any ideas?

PS: If I go to Help >>> About DM >>> Device Software, it will bring up the OS I want loaded on my 8120. Still will not actually load it on the phone!

Search your entire c: hard drive for vendor.xml, including hidden and temp folders.
