I have a great home screen image but how do I set that in the menu section as well? Its still the blue background for the applications.

When you see the first 5 menu buttons the you hit the menu button to see the rest of the applications. That's where I want to put my walpaper on.

That depends on your theme. Some themes allow the same background as in your main screen, some just have a blue background for the menu screen.
