Default DM 4.7 don't launch Roxio MM

Please Login to Remove!

Hi:

Installed DM 4.7 almost a month ago and now I realise that it didn't launch the media manager

Tried installing it alone, but it changes nothing. Any help will be appreciated.

Yeah,

I can't figure it out. I've tried to re-install Version 4.7 so many times with no luck loading Media Manager. There is no option for me to activate the Media Manager, only for Media Sync.

Got it

uninstall 4.7

install 4.5 (custom to add all applications)
run roxio ok (don't know if it is needed)

install 4.6 (don't know if it is needed)
run roxio ok

install 4.7
run roxio ok

don't uninstall previous versions

I'm having trouble as well.
Everytime I launch Media Manager, it freezes. I have a 8100 with no media card installed. I tried Desktop Manager v4.3, then tried 4.7. I had no problems before Roxio took over the media manager portion!!!

I'm now going to try to use the above method to see if it works.

This is one of many reasons I stick to DM 4.3
