I get errors like that once in a blue moon when I try a soft reset. Then my home screen icons are usually out of whack, and my wallpaper is changed to the default. A battery pull usually clears it up though.

Running .190, AT&T, got it on reboot. Bold seems to work OK, I'm not having issues.

That error msg is usually from a corrupted OS.

One of the files required when performing a certain function is corrupted. Hence popping that error.

To fix it, you need to wipe the device using something like JLCmd and reinstall the OS back into the device. (Well, not a need, but more easy method).

If you still have problems, try a different Application OS version, preferably non-beta. Usually that will go away. However in the very rare cases that you still get that error after a full wipe and reinstall, chances are the device has a bad flash chip and you should have the device replaced.

As I said in my earlier post, I was getting this error every once in a blue moon after performing a soft reset. Since installing OS .210, I haven't had the error pop up at all. Might be worth a shot for those of you that are still experiencing it that haven't upgraded your OS.
