No one from customer service, retail stores, or data support can give me a straight answer as to which data plan I need for my blackberry. All the representatives keep referring to the powervision for my blackberry device etc. The blackberry line that I have is personal and is an additional line on my family share plan. They gave me the different price ranges from $15 - $25, etc. I tell them I dont want that for my blackberry and that I didnt think the blackberry was compatible with the powervision service. I asked them rep to search for a blackberry data plan around $40-45/month for unlimited email/data etc but no one can find anything. Please help. Is there anyone using a sprint blackberry on an individual account w/the unlimited data service and how much are you paying? thanks.
Thanks for the reply... those data rates are for nextel... I have a sprint blackberry. However, I do know that the rates are comparable if not simliar. I'll give customer service a call and see if they can get the data rate added to my account.
