Default screenshots of log errors (missing images)

Please Login to Remove!

I have technical rep's (TAM's) from RIM and VZW onsite working with me on some BES/Exchange stuff at work, and now they're also interested in this so if anyone can help out by checking to see if it's happening to you too, maybe we can figure out the cause.

The issue is apparently missing images that should be part of the zen theme that ships with the VZW Storm. The screenshots below happened after I loaded the calculator although I have seen many different events like this and they are related to different applications and screens that *should* be displaying an image.

This is a perfectly "stock" Storm. It shipped with the .65 OS and I upgraded to .75. Other than that nothing has been installed or removed. Please check your logs and see if you have any of these events. Open the calculator and check again etc. Sometimes you won't have any but if you look again after playing with things you will, so check a few times.

I'm getting similar errors, though nothing SEEMS wrong with my phone. I've seen at lest 3 or 4 different error, all pertaining to missing images. I'll see about getting a screen shot later.

Thanks! Did you do anything different than I did? Or, after you did the 75 upgrade did you notice anything happen later on when you plugged into DM?

Can other people chime in here? Check your logs and see if you have this.

you can click the menu key and "clear log."

apparently they shipped this theme with missing images because several people are noticing this and i suspect EVERYONE is missing these images. there is nothing you can do to fix it so far.
