Where I work there is an internal website our company uses to allow managers to view / update / change / approve timesheets.

Until recent it did not work properly with the BlackBerry browser but does now thanks to some updates to the site. The only problem is that accessing the site is slow to respond because it pulls data from many other internal servers so sometimes it can take 2-4 minutes for a responding webpage to load.

This has become a problem for managers trying to access the site from their BlackBerry because after the 2 minute mark the unit will timeout and there is no way to change this setting on the unit. Has anyone out there had a similar experience or fix they could share?

I have updated the timeout settings on the MDS server but that does not seem to affect the browser timeout.
