hi guys.
i've configured BIS to work with my gmail account.
and its working very cool! the only prob is... i dont get audible notifications.
if ill turn on the screen i will see an unread mail icon but no red light no vibrate no nothing....
i've went to the profile edit and put everything on sound and notify but still nothing...
can i change it to notify me in some way?

you're probably checking ring tones on messages (BB messenger) and not your gmail setting in profiles.

no, actually i checked gmail....
i put everything in high and vibrate plus sounds, still no sound... :(

no, nothing., no indication at all...

you'll need to go into the profiles, then scroll down to advanced. on this menu choose normal or loud, whatever profile you have. then go to the email address that you want a specific sound or ringtone for. set it, then press the back arrow out to save the changes. see if that helps.

i read it as if all they did was basically set the profile to loud.

no... i've edited the profile to have everything in there to loud and with vib+sound .... still nada
