I would resend the Service Books and see if that works. If that does not give you HTML then I am a BIS user so I am not sure if this will work for BES or if you should try this being on a BES, but if using BIS try this,
Go into the Service Books on your Blackberry, Options> Advanced Options> Service Books. Delete any line that has an E-Mail address such as
, delete all entries in the service book like this. Now resend the service books and see if that works. It worked for me.
