I'm currently running 4.5.0.97 and I'm having an issue with HTML images. I currently have BBSmart View installed but that no longer worked since I upgraded. The feature worked for awhile using the updated OS but now I'm discovering that quite a few images will not come up even when I go to options and "get images". Any ideas??

I am experiencing the same problem. I'm running 4.5.122. I have done some research and have yet to find anything. Anyone have any answers?

I would resend the Service Books and see if that works. If that does not give you HTML then I am a BIS user so I am not sure if this will work for BES or if you should try this being on a BES, but if using BIS try this,
Go into the Service Books on your Blackberry, Options> Advanced Options> Service Books. Delete any line that has an E-Mail address such as , delete all entries in the service book like this. Now resend the service books and see if that works. It worked for me.

Any ansers on how to correct as resending service books didn't help...

If resending Service Books did not work after deleting the items I mentioned above, then I would contact my carrier or perform a clean wipe of the Blackberry.
