BES Manager on Linux?

OK, my feeble search skills turned up zilch, so I pose this question - can the BES manager be run from a Linux desktop? I'm trying to replace my aging Windows-based admin box, and while I've been able to have most required apps run from a Linux workstation or via a Terminal Server, the last sticking point is BES manager. Has anyone tried this, and if so, what was your solution, especially dealing with the USB connection?
