use BB 8350 as wifi modem

This has probably been addressed but I would just like to get a final answer on this and put my mind to rest..
i have BB 8350 and i have Iphone.. i have data plan on both..
is there a way i can turn BB into wifi modem so i can cancel data on iphone and use BB as wifi modem or other way around or is there any other way anyone is familiar with useing listed devices
my goal is to have 1 data plan between the 2 devices
any help would be great
iphone is jailbroken...
