when someone calls my friend - the caller id isn't displaying any more. how do we fix that? TIA!!

Probably has content encryption turned on including the address book.

Have your friend look at Options>Security Options>General Settings>Content Protection: Include Address Book

Makes sure it's set to no.

Hi, those are the settings that she has and now when she hangs up the phone it shows the name of the person calling.

we pulled the battery again and it fixed it
