I have been trying to add some friends, and trying to get added, and my cntacts keep remaining in "Pending" mode. I have double and triple checked the PINS, and they are the right ones. Please ehlp me get them out of pending! Thank you

This may be out of the blue - but do they have data plans? My phone won't request people without data. It always says pending.

Try to add them as a contact first in your address book along with their pin numbers. Then add the contact in BBM, instead of selecting use once, pick them out from the address book. This solved it for me when I was on OS 4.2, if you are not on 4.2 I would still try it as a workaround fix...
