So is it fairly easy to remove the Innocase II from your device to clean off all the accumalated dust and lint? I'm also looking for somthing that slips in and out of my jean pockets easily compared to the BB silicone case which is a little tricky to take in and out of the pocket.

If it's like their other "rubberized" hard shell cases there's no problem getting it out of your pocket. Not like silicone stuff at all. Hard plastic.

I have the Innocase II surface + Spring clip Holster.
Has anyone else noticed / experienced an interference between the holster and the charging jack? (BB --> Innocase II --> Holster)
I normally leave the BB in the Holster when I charge (and I do NOT take it out of the Innocase). I cannot use my BB desktop cradle anymore - which is a bummer (I read above that Seidio is working on one that can be used with the Innocase).
Any way - the issue is noticed when I plug the charger jack into the phone. The case is about 1mm too wide and interferes with the insertion of the jack into the charging receptacle of the Storm. If I pull the case back (unclip it at the top), the charging jack will go in, but I'm concerned about putting unnecessary pressure on the charging receptacle on the Storm and eventually causing it to fail prematurely.

I just received the Innocase II Surface and Innocase Holster for the Storm. After I assembled it, the screen was not clickable and I was not able to type or click on icons. I had to adjust the torx screws under the battery case in order to fix this issue. Did anyone else expreience this problem?

Neumanb,
We have had some people that were having this problem, but only those that have modified their Storms. Most of them (as it looks like you did) have found that adjusting their screws back to normal solved this issue.
Thanks,

Thanks,

I still have not received ANY support from Seidio on my issue. I have made two notations on this forum AND sent an e-mail directly to the Seidio rep that was *too eager* (immediate replies to e-mail, updates on product availability, etc) to help me when I was aksing about making the purchase.....
Purchase process = good.
Customer Service after the sale - POOR.
....this is really disappointing

Dale,
I apologize for not being able on the forum last week, but I was in both Macworld and CES all week.
I can assure you that we pride ourselves on customer service, but were a little shorthanded last week with regards to email inquiries. Our orders email is always answered very quickly, and our customer service department is always available at 832-204-1118.
I am sorry if my posts here gave you the wrong impression, but my participation to the forums is strictly voluntary. While I try to get to the 10-12 forums I read as often as I can, this is not always possible.
In the future, if you're looking for immediate answers, please contact our customer service team directly by phone.
In regards to your post, I'm assuming you're talking about charging your device while in the holster. We have heard this suggestion from a couple of other customers on the forum, and I have forwarded it to our design team for future developments.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me at .
Thanks,

rpjohs,
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order, but we don't ship on the weekends. If you'll email your contact and original order information to I'll have someone look into this for you.
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply, but thats not necessary. The order has shipped and the tracking on FedEx says it will be here by Wednesday. No worries.

I just got my case in today, seems even thinner than the Curve case. Very nice, I use it with the belt clip, very nice combo. I have used these with all of my BB since the 8703 and This one seems to be the thinnest, again very nice case.

Agreed Zerog. Just got mine as well. Very nice case. Super thin yet durable. I can't wait for a desktop charger that fits with the case intact!

Is the USB Travel Adapter included?
Do you plan to make one that will charge a second battery?

Hello,
Because of the fact that you can utilize your OEM travel charger or any MicroUSB sync and charge cable with this particular dock, no USB adapter will be included. The final price will also reflect that :D.
No plans are being discussed right now for a dock that will charge a second battery, but we do offer a Multifunction Charger that allows you to charge a spare battery and your device at the same time. Here is one that for the 9530 Storm.
