I am struggling to get my Bold to recognize some of the formats my music is in.
has anyone else suffered from this issue?
Can anyone tell me which music format the Blackberry, specifically, the Bold, will read with no issues?
how can I convert my music to a consistant format?

I think it is the m4a format that keeps giving me problems.
i also realize that some of my music isn't playing because of the itunes DRM encoded music, that's another issue, but i know how to correct that one.

please if you can offer any help on how to streamline all my files to consistant work with my bold i would really appreciate it!!

thank you for that link, but the problem i'm having is, that these media formats are NOT being supported as its says they are.
none of my mp4's and none of my m4a's are "recognized formats" on my bold.
am i the only one having this issue??? if so, then perhaps its not the file format but some other issue???
