I've read most of the icon problems and how people don't know how to get rid of the icons but I'm not stupid and I know how to hide the icon; it's very easy. My problem is that I do NOT have a Facebook anymore so I deleted the app from my phone, but the icon will not go away like you can with most other apps (ie Twitter, Myspace, etc.) I do not just want to hide it, but I want to permanently get rid of it. Any suggestions?

Well, I'm glad you are not stupid. That's always good.

Unfortunately, it is a Service Book being pushed down to your BlackBerry from your carrier. If you delete it, it will come back. It is not like a typical application (that you know how to delete). One suggestion would be to move it out of the way into a folder and be done with it.

Use BlackBerry Desktop Manager for removing the applications from the device.

Now I have another problem... I move my apps around and they save but when it goes to the main screen with just 4 icons, they aren't the icons that I chose. What to do now? Give up?
