Some updates after some more testing...
1) The longer it sits locked after a restart, the more times the error will appear successively. I woke up this morning and had to click "OK" 30 or 40 times.
2) It's not just after a reboot, it's after any time the device locks *and* Content Protection kicks in.
3) Bringing me to the last point, it seems to be Content Protection. I've had it temporarily disabled from my IT Policy and when that was done, no more error.
So, it seems that App World tries to do something periodically and when Content Protection is "engaged", App World pukes on it. Lovely.
