i need help, i downloaded opera mini on my computer but when i try to install it via bb desktop/ adding apps it says that no new applications are availible, so if anyone could tell me why it is saying this it would be awesome!

Firstly I agree with the previous post,I always seem to have a better success rate with OTA installations but there are a few different versions of Opera Mini so I've uploaded the version that my wife uses on her Pearl to my online storage and you can grab it from here

Chad - here's the answer you were looking for. You need to download and install the Handheld OS for your BlackBerry onto your PC, install it, and then load Opera to the BB.

Application Loader Error - BlackBerryFAQ

Many times when people want to download Opera via Desktop Manager it is because they don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan, and CAN'T download the OTA version.

thanks NJBB thats what i was lookin for, thanks to the other people but you didnt really answer my question, the reason why i am doing it through desktop manager is cuz i dont have the BB plan....... thanks
