I've got

1. GoogleTalk*
2. Windows Live Messenger*
3. Yahoo! Messenger*
4. Viigo*
5. Bolt
6. WordPress*
7. Bible
8. Facebook
9. SportyPal
10. Dictionary.com
11. StartMeUp
12. MinuteSaver
13. Gmail*

The applications with an * auto load when the device is booted along with the other standard applications that auto load. My total boot time (which I stop timing when the IM clients log in) is 2 minutes 20 seconds

So with these apps you've got, when you do a battery pull, what is your "File Free" amount?

have you tried removing the card and doing a boot?

I don't know if the 16GB card has anything to do with the boot up time?

It might if you're loading wallpaper from it. You should also check to make sure your OS can support that size.

80-90 seconds for me (from the moment the battery makes contact, to the moment the home screen is available) I'm running 5.0.0.314 for 3 weeks now...

I have 12 or so apps and after reset my Application Memory is around 40mb. Memory never goes below 30mb after a whole day of usage, which is real good for me. At times it actually fluctuates, for example if app memory is 32mb sometimes it jumps to 34mb for no reason...
