Exclamation Can not DELETE phone logs

Please Login to Remove!

Does it only happen with OS. 5.0.0.344 or it happens with all ONYX.

when you go to messages then "view folder" when you delete all the "missed calls" and "phone call logs". It still appear on your phone when you press the GREEN phone button on your mobile.

With my previous BlackBerry device (BOLD). It should have been deleted as well. why is this so with ONYX ?

Anybody care to explain it to me. Thank you in advance.

You're taking the wrong route to delete said calls. Go into the call log itself and not the call log via the messages folder and delete them from there and they will be gone for good.

Its not about the right way or the wrong way. Its about BOTH ways is the same logically. But why...one method doesnt not create the same out put as the other. When I have proven that with all my other BlackBerry device it does not matter which ever way you use to delete call logs. coz they should be the same.

Actually I just checked with a friend of mine who is still running 321. He encountered the same issue too.
