We have a sharepoint services site in our organisation - the address is htpp://sharepoint and this points to an IP address on the network in the DNS servers. When Blackberry users use it through the MDS browser it is being resolved to Microsofts sharepoint site - it is not ideal that the same name is used internally as can be used externally, but we cannot change that now, it was done by another office. Is there a way we can force the Blackberrys to resolve 'sharepoint' to a specific IP address?

The Blackberry browser - I needed a direct proxy mapping for this url. So now that works. The only other thing is where is Support HTTP authentication in BES 5!?

Login to the BAS -> Servers and Components Pane -> Component View ->MDS Connection Server -> ServerName_MDS-CS_1 - > HTTP Tab
