When some pictures are sent to me and I try to open the attachment, I receive the following error message:" The attachment type cannot be viewed on your device" Does anyone know the attachment types that cannot be opened on a BlackBerry or the type of attachment that are allowed?

What type if file attachment are you trying to open? What is the file extension?

Well if you are getting emails then you already have BIS or BES. Only you know. Is blackberry connected to the server at the place you work at or do use the blackberry for personal reasons?

i,m trying to receive video in ((.3gp )) format so that i cant open it so i need to put it in zipped file then received again to open this correct method
