Hello everyone...

I've been trying to find some resolution to this issue. I've read every tutorial online on how to completely remove Desktop manager to install it properly...It crashed during the first install for some reason, and now it skips to "Installation was interrupted" I've tried every step on all the guides I could find.

Does anyone have a list of what registry files it creates, and folders it modifies, anything that can help me get it to install properly?

I'm assuming from what you say that you found the sticky here at the top of one of the forums on how to do a clean uninstall. Is that correct?

The next thing I would try is using the windows installer cleanup utility that you can download from microsoft. Use that and remove anything with roxio or that is related to desktop manager. Just an idea. I haven't been there in your spot, but that's what I'd try.

I had an issue with a version of Roxio installed before I attempted to install DM. It looked like I already had the software installed but not the Roxio linked to DM and i would get errors. Installing DM without the Roxio worked. Once installed I was able to download the version with Roxio and it seemed to integrate after that. Sometimes removing an application is like trying to remove ants from the lawn, links and other parts there all over the place.
