1) OUTAGE: seems like I'm the only one... or does anyone else have it? who do I go to get help to get my BB back up? (I'm a BB noob--just got the phone last Friday) I can't access FB or log into AIM

2) BATTERY: why is it draining so much? I don't use a lot of the apps, except for BB Messenger. And I'm recharging every night! what else can I do to preserve the battery life?

3) COPY & PASTE: When I need to copy and paste...I can copy an URL or something else, but I can't find a keyboard shortcut to paste what I copied. help?

4) HOH/DEAF: Anyone who's hearing impaired/deaf who use BB 8330/8530? I need help on an issue with voice calls. (I'm HOH)

TIA for advice/suggestion...I need all the help I can get without going bonkers LOL

I saw a similar outage as well, but it seems to have cleared up. FB especially seems to lose the BlackBerry interface occasionally.

1) Not having an issue with Sprint in Central Pennsylvania.

2) Make sure you have good coverage, poor coverage will kill a battery quick! Also, take a look here: Maximum Battery Life - BlackBerryFAQ

3) As MD stated, there's no keyboard shortcut, just press Menu > Paste.

That's probably a good idea. Make sure the title of the thread mentions that so the people with experience can find it. Other than noticing all my BB boxes say something about hearing aid compatibility, I haven't dealt with any HOH users, so I can't help much.
