Default new bes setup on blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

i just set up a hosted bes account and im having trouble viewing emails from outlook in the respective folders on the device. My process was – create mailbox, export current outlook pst, create new outlook profile that is associated with the exchange mailbox, import pst to new outlook profile, exchange activation on the device. The problem is that the device does not shows all of my subfolders but doesn’t show any of the emails in each of the folders. (BTW, i waited about 5-6 hours for the outlook profile to reconcile with the exchange mailbox before setting up the device.)

what can i do to show each of the emails in the folders on the device?

Thanks,

I'm not really following what you are saying the problem is. You said "The problem is that the device does not shows all of my subfolders but doesnxxx8217;t show any of the emails in each of the folders." Does it or does it not show the folders.

And even if it does, the message will not show on your blackberry that were already in the folders. Only message from this point forward will show up when you browse those folders from your device. Also, you have to enable redirection for them. Lookup folder redirection to learn how to enable that on your BB.

ok thanks, can you tell me what exactly folder redirection does? I've read up on it a couple of time but want to be sure that it pertains to my needs. thanks
