Hi,

I have a BB Bold with a corporate email account via BES. I also added my personal account on it via BIS. I have 2 separate icons for each mailbox, but the mails that arrive on my personal account also show up in the main BES account (only on the BB, not in my mail client on the PC).

Is there any way to change this behavior so that my private emails do not show up in my corporate mailbox on the BB? I have looked through all the options I think, but was enable to find a setting to control this.

MESSAGES is a catch all for ALL message types.
HOwever BES mail, will only go into this folder.
Google for "empower". This will do what you want.

The newer OS 5 releases enable you to specify which accounts appear in the general Messages box. I don't know if one of those OSs is available for the 9000. I saw the option appear when I went from 5.0.0.395 to 5.0.0.459 on my 8530.

Hmm I still have 4.6 and that seems to be the latest version for my Bold. I will go check out the Empower software.
