Hi Everyone,

I am having some issues getting the BES collaboration service working. We are using OCS 2007 R1, and CWA is setup and working. Tested on the BES box and on collab service server. I installed the collaboration service as a remote component on a box seperate from the BES server, but with a shared database.

When I try to sign in to Communicator via the blackberry, I am getting this error - "Unable to contact server. Please contact your IT Administrator if the problem persists".

Here is the funny thing, in the BAS (web console) I click in component view and drill down to collaboration service, the BES collaborartion instance is reported as running. However, when I click the supported dispatcher instances our BES server is listed as being standby. Strange. We only have 1 BES server. How can I change this to primary? Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
