Default Nothing GPS Free anymore?!?!?!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone

I don't mean to rant but the some of the recent GPS/Sat Nav apps that were free are not anymore. For example:

Find and Go - Free for 6 months then £5 per month (Crafty Vodafone).
Amaze - Originally free on v4.5 but now you have to pay for 5.1.
Nav4all - Completely closed

Any cool free Sat Nav/GPS stuff will be appreciated ;o)

Also, will there be an App World dedicated to UK users? Many cool apps listed aren't even for UK users and can only be used in the US.

Thanks in advance for any useful information.

One more thing, has anyone heard the latest on Skyfire?????

Cheers

Jono

Default GPS/Sat Nav apps

I am using a unlocked 9530 Storm from Verizon on a AT&T network and have been using the Verizon's VZ Navigator for free. Not sure if you would be abe to do the same though.

I think it's free for a month and then you pay.

You are correct, 1st month free, then you pay. If he thinks its free forever, he'll have a nice little surprise on his bill lol

Default Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for your replies but i was looking for more UK based or global based apps.

Many available seem to be just for US and Canada but that seems a general thing for BB devices.

Thanks again in advance for any further replies.

I'm sure they will catch up with you and either charge you or turn it off.
