[J-Tuning]

Sup guys,

this might be so easy to fix but i cant find the option to enable it. I have to emails configured on my 9700.

i recieve email and i get the notification (red circle & white star) on the "messages" folder, but when i click on it there is no email to be seen. it's empty.

what should i do to see the emails in that inbox?

Go into the messages folder, click on the menu button (to the left of the trackpad with RIM logo on it), click Options and then Inbox Settings. Make sure the account(s) you want to come into the messages folder are checked off.

Go into your messages, then hit the blackberry button. Choose options. Then general options. Look for "sms and email inboxes". Combined makes all go to the messages icon, separate makes sms go to messages and emails go to their respective email icons

^ did that last night and it started to list the emails in the messages inbox.... this morning it stopped doing it again... ok now i am so confused

Done a battery pull yet?

Possibly an OS update to the latest version will fix this glitch. You can get that at the top of this forum or right here: http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ilanguage.html

^^ did battery pull, I have not upgraded to the newest OS yet cause I read that it will disable some button functcions.

I'd recommend doing the update , Jairo. Sooner or later you're going to want to upgrade and what better time then when you're having a glitch. I did it myself last night as I was having a problem and it fixed it right up.
