I did update to google maps 4.01 last night and after the DL I was asked to restart the device, which I did. After the device restarted I was asked to restart again so changes can take place. Following the second restart I got a message stating:
"Applied permission changes to com_mobimate_wmcm_cc."

I've googled this module all I come up with is torrent link for this file.

Does anyone know which app this file is associated with and what it does?

Sorry to tell you this but it's an adult porn site. IT has links to various sites that all seem to indicate bad downloads when checked by McAfee

I got this message on my BB after installing GoogleMaps 4.0 and . I doubt its a porn site as I never surf porn sites on the BB.

After doing additional research, I just realized that mobimate.com redirects to worldmate.com. I guess that is the answer to my problems.
