Anyone ever see this? We have a user who got off the BES, the policy is off his device and he still sees all the folders from his mail file that was associated with his BES account. Reconcile doesn't work and it's a bit annoying for him to have to scroll through a bunch of empty folders to get to the one he wants.
Can you elaborate on this? How exactly did the user "get off the BES"?
Are there still [Desktop] service books on the handheld?
He has his own personal device that was on our BES. Then he decided to get "off the BES" by asking us to remove him. He didn't want any restrictions on a device that he owned. Anyway... we cleared out the service books and re-sent. Looks good now.
