This guy told me to pay for the phone so I paid him via paypal and then he refunded me saying that he had "family emergency" and couldn't ship the phone so he refunded the money! Don't buy from this guy. I smell scammer!

Then how come he's still trying to sell it? He refunded me, yes, but he now is trying to get more money off it then what I originally paid him. I don't know just doesn't seem right to me.

Okay now guys tell me you don't find this weird. So he agreed to sell to me again and gave me his "mom's" paypal address to pay and I paid it and then emailed him to say I did and his email address is no longer in use.....scam? like I claimed before?
