HI All

I just bought 9700, but when i would like to syncornise my blackberry to my pc
through Desktop manager it Encounter Problem

So i even can't get into desktop manager, only to verify my blackberry and then encounter a problem

Just for your information, i use microsoft outlook 2007

Need you help guys

Could use some more information. What OS version is on your phone and what version of the Desktop Mgr do you have installed?

BlackBerry Desktop Software version 5.0.1
Blackberry OS Version 5.0.0.400 (platform 5.1.0.110)

I already did that, but i even can't login to DM
i only can get to verify my blackberry and then encounter problem

I would then try a clean install of DM. Make sure you have administrator rights when installing.
